About Me
Central Fitness and Wellness is MOVING to Kamloops British Columbia.
Three years ago, my family and I relocated from Winnipeg to the beautiful Bulkley Valley, where we quickly developed a deep appreciation for the region and its communities. As we now prepare to move south in pursuit of new opportunities and continued personal and professional growth, we are excited to become part of a new community.
I am passionate about maintaining a lifestyle rooted in holistic practices, including supporting local food systems, foraging, organic farming, and traditional herbology. I feel fortunate to have gained valuable knowledge and experience in the diverse communities I’ve been part of, and I look forward to discovering what this next chapter has to offer.
As a holistic nutritionist and personal trainer, I offer personalized in-person and online consultations to help you achieve your wellness goals. My approach is to provide comprehensive guidance on nutrition, lifestyle, and overall well-being. I am dedicated to empowering individuals to make sustainable, positive changes for a healthier life.

I presently teach spin, strength and circuit classes as well as 1 on 1 training and teen group training.

My Philosophy
My philosophy centers around the belief that food is medicine and that a holistic approach to nutrition and wellness is essential for overall health. I am committed to creating a supportive environment where clients can explore their relationship with food, learn about nourishing their bodies, and cultivate sustainable habits. Through personalized guidance and education, I aim to empower individuals to take control of their health and well-being.
